Heat up those summer nights Latin style with these cool recipes from Chef Denise!  Learn the basics of Latin flavors and how to fuse them with other influences to create new and exciting taste sensations.  As she demonstrates her techniques you will sample the menu of:

  • Chilled Summer Gazpacho with Scallop Ceviche
  • Tortilla Espanola with Smoked Paprika Aioli & Arugula Salad
  • Pulled Pork Spring Rolls with Spicy Peanut Lime Vinaigrette
  • Tamarind Lacquered Duck Lettuce Wraps
  • Raspberry-Passion Fruit Sorbet
  • Flourless Almond Cake

The cost for this class is $65 per person.  Limited to 40 participants.
